Op. Dr. Burkay Akduman
Dr. Burkay Akduman graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. During his specialization, he gained extensive experience in aesthetic surgery, reconstructive procedures, and microsurgery. In addition to his medical training, he earned a Master’s degree in Cosmetology at Hacettepe University, focusing on non-surgical aesthetic treatments and cosmeceutical approaches.
Throughout his career, Dr. Akduman has contributed to the academic field with articles published in international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and numerous presentations at national and international congresses. His scientific work primarily centers on wound healing, scar management, aesthetic surgery techniques, and innovative cosmeceutical treatments, which continue to shape his clinical and academic vision.
After serving as a specialist at Tokat State Hospital between 2023 and 2024, Dr. Akduman established his private practice in Istanbul in 2025. His clinical expertise covers a wide range of procedures, including rhinoplasty, breast aesthetics, body contouring, facial rejuvenation surgeries, and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
